XULY.Bët the label, plays with creative looks that are trending and are strongly tied to the diversity of cultures. In Wolof, the main language of Senegal, “Xuly.Bët” means “open your eyes wide.” The Designer of the brand, Lamine Badian Kouyaté wanted to create something new with creative energy, that expands our vision to look a little deeper. The term “Xuly.Bët” even applies when you catch someone staring at you, a protection from the evil eye.
