Whether you’re celebrating Valentine’s Day, Anti-Valentine’s Day, or you’re simply just going out with your girls, any night out should be an excuse to get dolled up and try out some flirty and daring new looks. We have gathered a list of some of our favorite makeup styles by some of your favorite social media influencers to wear this February 14. You’re guaranteed to be a showstopper during your night out with these colorful and glam Valentine’s Day makeup looks.
Desi Perkins
There’s something so sweet and romantic about a rose gold look for Valentine’s Day. Desi Perkins created this angelic look by pairing the Kathleenlights Dream St. Palette on the eyes and Atole gloss by Iluvsarahii, both being a collaboration with ColourPop.
Carli Bybel
If you’re opting for a more sultry look, then this one is for you. Carli Bybel used the Shaaanxo Remix Palette for the eyes, Fenty highlighter in Lightening Dust, Too Faced blush in the color Love Flush, and ColourPop eyeliner in white to make the eyes appear larger. To finish it off she went for a dark ombre lip using ColourPop’s Notion lipliner and Lyin King liquid lipstick.
Katy Degroot
If you’re staying away from the pinks and bright reds with your Valentine’s Day makeup, then this auburn tone is a nice alternative. Katy is using Dose of Colors eyeshadow palette in Sassy Sienna, Laura Geller’s blush in Sunswept, a dual finish highlight in Radiant Rose by Lancôme.
Amra Olević
You could never go wrong with a strong red lip and a golden bronze on Valentine’s Day. To achieve Amra‘s look, use a palette with shimmering neutral-tones, and a highlight to keep you glowing all night long. Of course, don’t forget your favorite colored red lipstick!
Karen Sarahi Gonzalez
Ditch the smokey eye and amplify your look with the cut-crease eyeshadow technique. Start your cut crease from the middle of the eye lid to the outer corners into a “V” shape. Karen chose her transition colors from KathleenLights x Colourpop’s Dream St Palette. Pair your new eye look with a mauve blush and a nude colored lipstick to complete your look!
Nicole Guerriero
Nicole is giving us major barbie vibes, and all you need is a pop of pink! Nicole went light on her makeup look making the lips the center of attention. Use a matte neutral tone eyeshadow on the lid, eyeliner based on your preference and eye shape, gold glitter eyeshadow stick on the bottom set of lashes, a good layer of mascara, and of course the Anastasia Beverly Hills lipstick in Party Pink.
Annie Jaffrey
Pretty and minimalistic for those who don’t like caking on the makeup, you can opt for a more subtle look without going over the top. You can use neutral tones on the lid with a mauve color on the out er corners of the eye, a winged eyeliner, mascara, and your favorite light pink lipstick. For a rosy look, you can wear a light pink or peach toned blush.
Shayla Mitchell
Shayla is slaying these peachy vibes. If you can’t choose between doing a red lip or a nude, go for a peach tone instead. You get the boldness you want, yet it’s still slightly subtle to go along with any of your Valentine’s Day makeup looks. You can achieve Shayla’s look with a matte mauve and peach tone eyeshadow such as Too Faced’s Sweet Peach Eyeshadow Palette, Bobbi Brown’s liquid eyeliner, Huda Beauty’s Scarlett eyelashes, and Makeup Forever’s blush.
Nikkie De Jager
This warm, shimmery look is easy to recreate and perfect to enhance all eye colors. Nikkie is using Morphe’s 39A Palette for her orange-copper tone eyes, paired with a Smashbox red lip in Carat Stick that also has an orange undertone.
Marianna Hewitt
Gunmetal eyes and a nude lip color are all you need to pull off this soft glam Valentine’s Day makeup look. The gunmetal eyeshadow gives you the bold appearance you’re looking for while the nude lips, soft highlighter, and peachy blush give you the effortless glam you’re striving for.
Alina
Full on drama for the experienced makeup enthusiast. To achieve this heavy cut-crease plum and cranberry eye look, use Tarte’s Amazonian Clay Eyeshadow Palette. Find something with a flat edge that you can use to draw the outer line of the eyeshadow, shade the lid with a pink or cranberry tone eyeshadow and then fill the outer corners with a dark plum eyeshadow, and blend out. Then pack on a gold or rose tone metallic glitter on the lid and inner corner of eyes. Pair it with a dark burgundy lipstick, and mauve toned pink blush, and you’re ready to go on date night in your fully transformed look!
