Amnesia Presents Budapest-Inspired Fall 2019 Line at New York Fashion Week – Exclusive Video
Hungarian fashion designer Eva Prokai used her home country as the direct inspiration for the Amnesia Fall 2019 line. Prokai’s brand debuted the city-themed collection during this February season of New York Fashion Week, and Hungary’s capital city of Budapest was celebrated in each look that walked the runway.
Vibrant, ombré-effect maxi skirts and edgy outerwear styles were printed with Budapest’s most famous scenic landmarks, while a standout ensemble – composed of a fiery red blouse and skirt combination – turned a vintage-inspired Hungarian postage stamp art into a head-turning graphic motif. Bold logos incorporated some street style edge into the fashion-forward prints for an elegant collection that also feels modern and wearable.
