Topshop Beauty Re-Launches with New Cruelty-Free Makeup Collection
We turn to Topshop for everything from colorful wardrobe staples and affordable designer collaborations, to trendy live-in denim. So when, at the beginning of the year, Topshop Beauty started phasing out its store-branded makeup line, we were worried that it was the end of the era for one of our favorite lines of affordable and colorful cosmetics companies. But now, the label has re-released hundreds of new makeup items, along with a new vision for the line’s future.
Luckily, it seems that the strong re-branding has made the line better than ever, in more ways than we can even count.
“Topshop beauty is back with a brand new cruelty-free range, covering not only your perfect foundation color match or new formulations of your favorite products, but also the latest fashion-led trends,” the brand explained in its latest marketing campaign. “From metallic eyes and glossy skin to matte bases and deep, natural tones, [shoppers can] discover the three beauty trends of the season.”
Included in this mega-range, you’ll find lovely iridescent highlighters, 15 striking nail polish colors, makeup brushes, matte and shimmer blushes, eyeliners, setting spray, six different eyeshadow finishes, a 12-shade range of liquid foundations, natural-looking bronzers, and a whopping 83 lip textures and shades.
All of these products are housed in elegant and sleek new packaging. And, the label has officially earned The Leaping Bunny seal, meaning all of Topshop Beauty’s ingredients, practices, and suppliers are certified cruelty-free. While several of the skin tone ranges could use more expansion, this initial launch is, overall, filled with plenty of options for a wide range of shoppers.
