Kylie Cosmetics Previews the Spooky Halloween 2018 Makeup Collection
As soon as we turned the calendar page over to October, we started hyping ourselves up for Halloween. And it’s simply not a holiday anymore without a new Kylie Cosmetics product line to correspond to it. Luckily, Kylie Jenner has just released a preview of the Kylie Cosmetics Halloween 2018 collection – and we dare say this is easily her most creative launch yet!
One of the best parts of this collection? Some of the product packaging is printed in 3D, and all orders come with paper 3D glasses so you can view the eye-popping designs! Below, we’re breaking down the latest Halloween beauty buys from Kylie Cosmetics before you’re able to shop ’em all come October 12. Plus, we’re giving you their expected prices, which have not been officially revealed by the brand.
Kylie Cosmetics Bite Me Vampire Lip Kit
Every great Kylie Cosmetics launch starts off with a new must-have Lip Kit color, and this season it is Bite Me, a vampire-inspired, blood red shade. The kit, which comes packaged in a sparkly black, purple, and green box adorned with bats and glitter, is composed of a matte liquid lipstick shade and its matching lip liner.
Additional pre-existing Lip Kits in the Kylie Cosmetics range will also be getting a mini Halloween makeover, and can be purchased in shiny black packaging this season.
Kylie Cosmetics Spooky Glitter Gloss
Also for the lips, you will find the Halloween-perfectly Spooky Glitter Gloss in this collection. This season’s shade is called Handsome Devil, and it’s a copper-toned gold metallic that will make any of your lip looks pop. It comes packaged in a fun skeleton-print box with a 3D element. We expect this shade to sell for $15, like the label’s other glosses.
Kylie Cosmetics Halloween 2018 Highlighter
Need a new highlighter in your life to give all your makeup looks a ghoulish glow? Kylie Cosmetics’ new Halloween highlighter illuminating powder is called Go Ghost, and it’s already one of the starlet’s own favorite pieces.
“This shade is so unique and cool!” Kylie said during her Instagram reveal. “It comes off gold on skin.”
The brand’s pre-existing highlighter shades sell for $22 each, so we expect this color to retail for the same price.
Kylie Cosmetics Halloween 2018 Mummy Palette
Kylie’s latest eyeshadow palette is called the Mummy Palette, so it’s no surprise that it comes all wrapped up (eh?) in a scary mummy-themed box. The 9-pan color selection itself is composed of a mix of vibrant matte and metallic shades with clever holiday-themed names like Nightmare, Bat Sh*t Crazy, Main Boo, Hey Pumpkin, Best Witches, Howl-o-Ween, Freak On, Hex on My Ex, and Sweet Poison.
All of these colors make a major statement on their own – but Kylie herself revealed on her Instastories that she loves the effect of each put together.
Previous 9-pan Kyshadow palettes have sold for $42 each, which is the price point we’re placing this Halloween collection at.
Kylie Cosmetics Halloween 2018 Glitter Eyes
If even these daring palette shades aren’t sparkly enough for you, Kylie Cosmetics is coming through with even more mega-shine glitters. The Halloween Glitter Eyes come in brand new shades for the season – called Witch and Famous and Hello Ghordeous – which are shimmering copper and a metallic yellow gold. They come housed in classic spiderweb print boxes.
Past Glitter Eyes launches have sold for $20 each, or $40 as bundled – so that’s how we’re expecting these to price out. Though the brand has yet to confirm which items may be available as a bundle or PR box set.
Kylie Cosmetics Halloween 2018 3D Lipsticks
The Halloween line gets creative with four fun new Crème Lipstick shades as well! Expect to ghoulify your pout with a wash of rich berry purple matte, pumpkin orange metallic, evil green metallic, or autumnal peach matte with the new shades Spider Bite, Haunt It, Monster, and Creep It Real, respectively.
We expect each color will sell for $17.
The full Kylie Cosmetics Halloween 2018 collection will be released on October 12, exclusively on KylieCosmetics.com.
