Dolce & Gabbana Debuts Roman-Inspired Fall 2018 Campaign
When in Rome, do as Dolce & Gabbana does, and round up all possible Roman inspirations for a lively new fashion editorial. The Dolce & Gabbana Fall 2018 campaign – shot primarily in the capital city and also throughout Milan – is full of pasta-eating models, hot global influencers, Roman Gladiator costumes, Catholic nuns, tourist photographers, beautiful architecture, and more.
A taste of Italy in a (stylish) nutshell, really.
You can spot popular destinations like the Trevi Foundation, the Colosseum, Milan’s Duomo, the Sistine Chapel, and more featured throughout the colorful and playful #DGRoma campaign imagery. Each historical spot is depicted as a lively and busy modern hub, where the most delightful street styles are coming to life.
Many of the brand’s popular #DGMillennials star models, like Cameron Dallas, Austin Mahone, Christian Combs, Juanpa Zurita, Charlie Oldman, Chiara Scelsi, Raff Law, Paris Brosnan, and more have also returned for the season’s campaign ads for men’s and womenswear.
As you can expect from the designer label, opulent detailing, shimmering fabrics, and daring prints rule the collection. All throughout the line, you can find sequin embellishment, larger-than-life accessories, beautifully maximalist luxury handbags, and distinct references to the angels and icons of the Catholic church.
We love seeing these stunning pieces in action throughout the city streets – where they are sure to reign supreme when stylish shoppers get their hands on the Fall/Winter season’s pieces.
