Michael Kors Smart Watch Debuts Chatbot Feature
Do you love the idea of owning high-tech smart watches, but wish their set up was a little bit more user-friendly? Well, one of your favorite designer labels is officially making it easier for your gadget to help you. The Michael Kors Smart Watch design “Access Sofie” is now going come equipped with a chatbot feature that syncs up to your Facebook Messenger or Google Assistant.
There are many ways in which it works: if you already own a Michael Kors smart watch, the messenger will help you link it up to your smart phone or other devices, store your preferences, or unlock features you may not have known you had.
To get connected, users can scan the QR code on the watch’s face, drop a line to the “Message Us” section of the company’s Facebook, or search Michael Kors in Messenger App. From there, the chatbot will walk users through device setup, showcase a variety of features, and even offer up some on-trend fashion styling advice. Through this messenger, fashionistas will also be able to shop new watch designs or additions, like interchangeable straps and new faces.
Michael Kors Android Wear devices will also be linked with a new native app called My Next, which allows users to set up a countdown to important events – like birthdays, anniversaries, meetings, and more.
In addition to these tech updates, there are also more new colors of Michael Kors smart watch styles to look out for. The women’s Access Sofie will now be sold in four new colors, including a two-tone rose gold tone, sky blue, and a white silicone-wrapped design. For men, the brand’s Access Grayson will get a new makeover as well, now available in silver, black, and dark green colors.
