Burberry’s Star-Studded Holiday 2018 Campaign Is a Family Affair
The holiday season is quickly approaching, which means you may soon be seated at a festive dinner table surrounded by a party full of your extended relatives. The newly-revealed Burberry Holiday 2018 campaign takes inspiration from the idea of a grand gathering – except it features an all-star cast in the imagery!
For this seasonal photo shoot, supermodel Naomi Campbell and her mother Valerie Morris-Campbell pose side-by-side in some gorgeous and glamorous shots by British photographer Juno Calypso. They are each rocking iconic plaid pieces from the highly-anticipated upcoming Vivienne Westwood collaboration with Burberry, which will be released in stores and online on December 6. What a stunning sneak peek!
In addition to the fashionable mother-daughter pair, Burberry has also tapped stars like actress Kristin Scott Thomas, rapper M.I.A. and actor Matt Smith to join their Winter 2018 campaign. In one image, the stars join a festive group at an elaborately decorated dining table for a decadent feast.
We certainly wouldn’t mind pulling up a chair alongside this chic (and eccentric!) crowd this Thanksgiving.
M.I.A. and Matt Smith also appear in a diner scene together, which is also captured in the new Burberry Holiday 2018 campaign film called “Close Your Eyes and Think of Christmas.”
They are dressed to the nines in highlights from designer Riccardo Tisci‘s latest menswear and womenswear lines, complete with archival prints and expertly-tailored silhouettes.
And plenty of the scarves and trench coats you know and love, of course!
In the label’s visually-stunning short video to accompany the still visuals, you will be able to see how all of these magical holiday worlds come together.
