Dior Unveils Hot Fall 2018 Makeup Collection, Dior en Diable
Red-hot flames. Flowing lava. Exploding fireworks. The newly-revealed Dior Fall 2018 makeup pays beautiful tribute to the designer label’s rich history, in the hottest of ways. Dior en Diable, the latest line for autumn, was inspired by the House’s 1962 beauty campaign – and celebrates bold femininity through a mix of smoldering, devilish, and fiery colors.
“Christian Dior excelled at dressing his clients in angelic pink, but also in almost toxic oranges, which inevitably proved irresistible. I like this coquettish, mischievous side of the Dior woman,” Peter Philips, Creative and Image Director of Dior Makeup, shared via Dior Mag. It’s no surprise these devilish inspirations shine through in powerful reds, warm rusts, and eye-catching oranges.
Six brand new Rouge Dior lipsticks shades “were conceived as weapons of seduction,” according to the brand. As part of the new line, you will find a volcanic orange named On Fire; the infernal matte red Matte Kisss 666; and a feverish burgundy hue called Rouge en Diable. There are also new Rouge Dior Liquid shades that come in in the vibrant coppery orange Copper Lava and the fiery metallic burgundy called Red Lava. The nail varnish range is equally hot, consisting of coordinating reds, oranges, and tempting metallics.


As part of the Dior en Diable line, you can also expect to shop two new 5 Couleurs palettes. The 087 Volcanic palette is a sultry orange, brown, taupe, plum, and pearly white mix, while 837 Devilish features a warmer mix of bronzes, plus red, gold, and light pink.
As for complexion products, the Diorskin Nude Luminizer powder is a holographic and luminizing blend that gives your face that lit-from-within glow, perfectly complimenting the fiery nature of this collection. The brand’s classic Rouge Blush has also been created in two new colors, including the nude 459 Charnelle, and coral 643 Stand Out. With these pieces, it’s up to you if you want to go all out with gleaming radiance, or simply warm up those cooler days with a light flush.
